Qbella

http://www.qbella.com/index.html
Qbella.com
Lots of crazy, welcome and unwelcome stuff has happened since last I posted few months ago. But, now things seem to be somewhat stable again... ssshhh...don't jinx it!

Qbella.com is back online once again. Yeah, it is better and bigger than before. I have to thank the new platform for the easy-ness of transition. I like the old look quite a bit, but since it was hard coded, it was a pain to update. Specially some of the images. Now, it is breeze!

I'm hoping that the new SEO will kick in and start producing results. I'm excited to be able to do something great with the site. Not only because of the obvious reasons but actually put out some helpful information.

As I mentioned somewhere in an earlier post; this is one of the 3 things that feeds my passion and gives me reason to get up and lose myself in the computer.

I hope everyone will enjoy it a bit better. It still needs some work. But as with any great endeavor, it is a work in progress.

Come and join me, send some of your images and let's Qbella.com on the map!

Alabama Again!

Well, it has been a little while since I was here last. But it looks like good things has happened. One of them is of course the greatest, football team on the land. Alabama Crimson Tide!

Yeah, they won ... again!
It is fantastic what these guys have done. Specially Nick Saban. I have to handed to him. He never smiles but, man he can definitely win championships.

I have to admit. I was lookig forward for a closer contest, but when I got into it, I was hoping we would have gotten to 49. But, it was good to see that Notre Dame made it to the Bowl. I do like the Irish.

Anyway, big belated congratulations to The Crimson Tide!

Breast Cancer Ad

This is a great and pointed TV advertisement from the news.scotsman.com that aired on Sept 5th in Scotland.

The TV ad reads "Elaine C Smith fronts 'shock' cancer campaign". The ad also says that it is a "World's First", because the actress Actress Elaine C. Smith who lost her mother to breast cancer promoted this bold and refreshing campaign.

Wow, finally someone (organization) who wasn't afraid to "offend" the fragile sensitivities of a segment of the population.

This is a £30 million Scottish Government effort to increase the number of early cancer detection in that country.

Scotland's Health Secretary  Nicola Sturgeon said that the promotion was intended to be “hard-hitting” to ensure the health message was heard. “This is ground-breaking and hard-hitting.

I'm glad that organizations and governments such as these, are taking bold steps to prevent and cure this mortal decease.

Kudos to Scotland!

Topless Day in America

Crap. It looks like I missed it again!

Well, actually I didn't. It is just that we do NOT have an event here in Utah.

The well intentioned guys and gals at gotopless.org were kind enough to organized for the 5th time in their history, an International Go-Topless event, to promote and educate folks about the rights women should have to go topless. I have to say that I do not subscribe to their Raelian Movement but it took someone like that to bring this up to the light.

Geez, anyone who have read my previous posts should know how I feel about this subject. I believe with all my being that women should and ought to have that "RIGHT". Now, whether they should do it, it is up to them to decide.

I love my female friends because they are great; They add a different dimension to my life and outlook. Not all of them of course feel the same way, but none the less; that doesn't mean that they shouldn't have that right.

There's a great line in the movie ""The People vs. Larry Flynt" (1996) that goes: "If someone has any complaints about human nudity, complain to the manufacturer..." How true is that?

I live in a very conservative environment, hell I'm very conservative, but that doesn't mean that I don't admire and appreciate what GOD has created. I know, criticism and guilt trips are on their way.

This issue to me it is nothing more than hypocrites and busy bodies having something else to get offended by. Nothing more.

Some people would argue that the children will be affected. HOW?!?! If you actually teach the children correctly, there's nothing to raise hell about.
How is it, that the female breast are "evil" , "dirty" and shouldn't be exposed? How is it that something so beautiful that sustained life for the first few years even, became foul and disgusting?

Granted, there are plenty of situations and occasions where that beauty has been miss-used and abused. But then again so it also has religion. The breasts all by themselves are the most wholesome, beautiful and productive organs a human possesses. Once again, how is that EVIL!?

Tribes around the World thru Millennia have survive and thrived, without having to demonized their females for their God given breasts.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" it is said; I believe that evil and malice its also in the mind of the beholder, and how that person chooses to act on it that counts.

I love breasts. More power to you all wonderful people!

Thank you Neil for everything you'd done, not only for the whole World but for me.
You literally inspired me to dream and to think beyond my anchored place on this Earth.

I may not be able to physically reach the stars, but my mind and imagination can!

You inflated my chest every time I was abroad and I saw a picture of the first man on the Moon; an American!

How incredible is that?

How magical and how tremendous to think that someone who I sharde this country with, have done that!

Neil, your amazing, tempered and unassuming personality will always be something to emulate.

To you Neil I say, Thank you, and I hope that your Spirit is exploring every single nautical mile of the Universe. Fly On, Fly High...

It has certainty been quite a while since my last post. I supposed it has to do with the many "challenges" I have encounter in the last few months.
Whew, where do I begin?

Everyone in America seems to be coasting trough a rough patch nowadays. I'm not going to sit here and blame the "economy", but I will point my finger to those who we have entrusted to look after the well being of the Nation. They are the ones who have failed miserably in their duties; but they alone aren't at fault. We the people, who elected these ill adept individuals must bare a large portion of the blame.

Yup, you and me baby!
Well, mostly you. Yeah, you who haven't got a clue as to what America or being an American really means. You who will gladly sell out your birth right for a vague promise of "green" paradise and you; the one who would also sell the assests of the Nation for a greedy, quick buck and status on your driveway. Disgrace!

I guess, if you are not aware that you lack certain basic principles, then is your teachers and ultimately your parents who must bare the brunt of the blame.

America I believe is starting to wake up, to stir up to a new reality and a new way to see itself.
Forever will I be ashamed of those who love to badmouth this country without really understanding the "Spirit" it posses. I'm not talking spirituality here, yeah, I know, there's always someone who will get out his/hers way to get offended. I'm talking about the inert Spirit that permeates every single square mile of this land.

As a well traveled individual, I have always been pleasantly amazed at the feeling I get, when I return home. When my feet touch the ground of this country, there's always an unspoken gratitude.

The other factors for me taking such a leave of absence from this blog, is my new found knowledge of a health issue. Yeah, everyone has something or other. But since it is mine I feel special.

I've been working on getting in a better frame of mind and body.
I tell you, the 3 miles everyday seems to be actually doing something good. If nothing else, I got to know the neighborhood pretty damn well. Specially the public bathrooms!

Drinking water like Charlie Sheen drinks booze tends to create a schedule event almost every hour!!!!!
I just wish water came packaged in breasts. Which leads me to my next topic.

Breasts as we all know and love, well if you aren't ashamed to admit it, are in trouble. Yup that damn cancer.
We have got to do more to eradicate that malign condition.
Someone very dear once pointed out that in this society, we have money for Trees, Rocks, Cow Farts, Union paid vacations, and every conceivable scheme people came conjure up. But, no money for titties. Unless they are at the bar.

We have got be more proactive and "tolerant" of breasts in our society. Yeah that's right. I'm still baffle by the retrograde view of breasts in our country. Breasts if you haven't paid attention are the givers of L I F E!
What is so "evil" and "dirty" about them!?

I haven't been keeping up with news and research on cures and best practices lately. That's also part of my struggle. I have been in a funk. A severe one.

I started this blog to find solace and enjoy the 3 things which I love. Aviation/America, Breasts and Corvettes.
But I have to fight to stay motivated and write about them.

I really dislike pity-parties but I understand their genesis.

I'm promising to myself to update the Qbella.com site, to find the models and information needed to continue.

On the Aviation side of things, it is damn depressing to hear that Cirrus Industries Inc., parent company of Cirrus Aircraft, has been sold to China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Co.

Who would have thought it. China is buying out American Aviation!

The Original Happy Meal

And McDonald's thought they had it first!

How easily we forget...

This is the ORIGINAL happy meal!

Some boys never outgrow their liking for an original happy meal!

I don't know who or where is the source for this very cool creation; but it hits home. How true this is!

I sure love the packaging. :)

Thanks brother Karl for sending this.
